How is the transfer price calculated?
Your quote depends on the route, travel details, vehicle, luggage and extras. Review the total and conditions before confirming; additional stops or waiting need agreement.
Can I request a return journey?
Yes. Provide the pickup address, travel date and departing flight where relevant. Agree the pickup time with enough allowance for the journey and airline check-in guidance.
Can I bring extra luggage or request child seats?
List every suitcase, pushchair and larger item. Include children’s ages and requested seats. Confirm suitable capacity, availability and any charges before booking.
What happens if my travel plans change?
Contact TransferBCN promptly with your booking reference and revised details. Changes are subject to the agreed conditions, availability and any confirmed difference in price.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Check the status in your booking message. A request acknowledgement means your details were received; the transfer is confirmed only when the message explicitly says so.
How do I request a minibus or coach?
Email info@transferbcn.es with the full itinerary, passenger count, luggage and travel dates. Group transport requires an individual quote and availability confirmation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Send a written request with your booking reference to info@transferbcn.es. The deadlines, charges and refund conditions supplied with your confirmed booking apply; ask for clarification if they are unclear.
